First resale at the Livmor. Owners paid $709,000 in 2010 and are asking $850,000. Be interesting to see final price with regard to current FDB corridor pricing.

well the owners probably had transfer taxes and everything else paid also, so they are potentially going to make a good profit. I am just shocked at how RE prices have held up in the city, jobs are scare and pay is down, there must be a lot of shadow inventory.

Now in contract, now let's see the final price but real estate in the FDB corridor is definitely up since we bought.

is it in contract? seems the listing is no longer available but came out for rent instead.
