Discussion about 183 Broadway in Financial District
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING!!!!!!!!!! WHERE to START? Horrible location, noisy construction, even on the weekend. Poor ventilation and extremely dusty due to all the contstruction. They are crazy to be asking this price..as there are luxury building a couple blocks away with tons of ammenities..

Totally agree- this building promises everything and delivers nothing .
No roof deck as advertised- just a place to put garbage .
