Pressurized wall in 333 east 66th street

Hi, Does anyone know if it is difficult to get board approval for a pressurized wall in a one bedroom in order to make an office? It would have a window and b about 8x8. I am specifically asking about 333 east 66th street. But would appreciate any Info. Thanks!

Not sure, I know when I wanted to put mine in my buildings management co. had no problem, but I guess it depends on the company. I started a blog about the industry in the city for a class, feel free to check it out http://pressurizedwallsguide.blogspot.com
