It is not legal to hook up washer/dryer in the unit. I did see a unit with a combined washer/ dryer in the kitchen and I queried the broker on that. He said it is not legal and you would just have to take it out when the apt. is inspected.
No dogs allowed by the East River Coops?,
which 453 FDR Drive is a part of.
"Sorry, the coop does not permit dogs,........ The East River Coop features a 24 hour attended lobby, fully equipped.." (this was extracted from a for sale ad in a East Rive Coop building.
Not sure about cats.

Cats are allowed in this co-op. Dogs are definitely not allowed in the East River Co-op and yeah...washer/dryer is illegal there.
Dogs are against the rules at ER but those rules are legally unenforceable.
