Discussion about 255 East 49th Street #16E
E Lines sold last summer at 925k & 932k. Feels like even with renovations, (which are not top of the line), this converted Jr. 4 does not warrant any more than that. What happens when the second phase of the Second Ave subway begins...sooner or later!

This is a huge converted jr 4, with two full baths. The subway construction is yeas away.

Too many years away to worry about. Eventually, access to the subway will be a positive.
