Hi all, I'm considering buying a unit in this co-op, and the brokers have been kind of fishy. Wanted to see if anyone living in the building had any thoughts on the co-op: how the board is run, if maintenance has increased, approvals for renovations, etc. The neighborhood seems great, has anyone had a negative experience at all? Thanks for your help!
