Has anyone looked at this building recently? How's the building quality and is this a nice neighborhood? Any comments are welcome. Thanks.

49th street is a very busy crosstown street coming off the FDR.

Is anything living here bothered by the noise of the ventilation fan (actually not sure what it is) on the rooftop of the neighbouring building (333)?
