Discussion about 1240 Bedford Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant
Building is in moderate financial trouble. We weren't able to get financing because 30% of the building is in arrears. FYI

Our board and management company are working diligently to resolve this issue.

Please let me know if it gets down to 15%. I still like the building but 15% seems to be the number mortgage companies look for.

As of today (april 14th 2015), 8 out of 43 units, or 16%, are behind on their condo fees.
