ClintonB, if you try to call nyc10022 (aka EddieWilson) out on his desperate need to have his ego stroke about "calling something right" (even though he only showed up here a few months ago), he'll call you a hall monitor. Or complain that this has nothing to do with real estate - most of this thread (surprise!) doesn't, and it's filled with mostly his posts. JuiceMan is a far more credible poster here - does he make 100% accurate calls? No - but does anyone here? Neither. My guess is he got burned on the purchase of a home sometime in the past and blames the broker (why he attacks brokers here, unprovoked) and is overly eager to see prices come down. Anyway, hope everyone else here can continue to contribute to Streeteasy in a meaningful way.
