7c sold at absolute peak for 3.9mm--and 7th fl vs 3rd is worth a lotta dough--not so sure this is a steal at min bid of 3mm--nice layout, nice bldg, tho---ill be shocked if it trades well into the 3's

is there a website that provides updates to what upcoming properties will be auctioned? or just information regarding the auction process in general in manhattan?

I'm not aware of any such Web site, except that of the Queens public administrator, though I do my best to keep track of them and post the information when I find it.
