Discussion about The Fontaine at 353 East 72nd Street in Lenox Hill
The Board in this building is one of the worst I have ever come across. They reject most buyers and give no reason for their ruling. Good luck trying to sell your apt once you get in to this place. Also, the Board President, Paul, made a few leud and sexually offensive comments during my interview.

Does anyone know why so many one bedrooms are being listed?

I believe this building consists of only one bedrooms - so other than combinations, anything listed would be a one bedroom.

There are some units that have carved up the LR to create a 2nd BR, but yes, other than those and combos, it's a building of 1BRs.
