I have been having technical issue since yesterday. I saved some listings to my folders and now I cannot discard or restore listings besides the listing on top. Streeteasy did not make the discard or restore function in the listing detailed page, and the only place I can adjust it is the folder summary page. This technical issue is making me waste a lot of time. I sent one email yesterday and 2 today but never got any response from Streeteasy. I tried to call them but the phone number is always busy. Has anyone got the same issue? How did not resolve it or is there any recommendation? Thank you very much for your help!

I listed an apt for rent one week ago - apt. 31E at 160 West 66th st. It says not approved. Why????

Susan: best to start a support ticket with streeteasy. They're very responsive and quick to fix any problems you might be having. At least that's been my experience.

I cannot load on the photos and floorpan to a new listing . When I click on uploading photos from my computer I receive no reaction

Hello. I'm having a disappointing issue: at the top right, where one searches for a property, I had a lengthy list of my favorite buildings, which was very convenient whilst searching for a specific property. All of them have suddenly disappeared so that I have to type in each address, and many buildings I've forgotten the address of and now I can't find them.

Anyone else having this problem? I've tried contacting the people at StreetEasy to no avail. I'd appreciate any advice.

StreetEasy has NEVER responded to any of my issues, including the one above. I really enjoy the site and being able to check out the many buildings I have found of interest or that I have actually checked out. I guess they just don't like me or care.

I wish I could find a site with nicer personnel. Oh well, I guess that's New York.

What is the streeteasy current price for both 1) rental listings and 2) Sale listings?
