Any chance Streeteasy will expand to Hoboken?

Not really sure what the appropriate place for this is, but I think this is a fantastic site. The Hoboken/Jersey City market is very comparable the LIC/Sunnyside and I'd guess quite a lot of the people there living in the newer developments commute into NYC. It would be great it Streeteasy expanded into that area. Same goes for Westchester to a lesser extent.

Absolutely agree. Jersey City and Hoboken are seriously developing before my eyes.
