Does anyone know anything about 2 Lincoln Square? It's a luxury doorman building - a lot of bad reviews on ApartmentRatings.com regarding noise and the management company (Brown Harris). Any thoughts? The unit I saw seemed nice and the location is incredible - just don't want to live in a noisy frat house.
