Not bad if you like this part of town. Some listings linger, but a pretty great deal still. Ask about opportunities for young families - still affordable.

Wait a sec. The listings officially posted as available on the website for NSP 2 and streeteasy are over 1 million to 2 million . These are the bigger units with 2-3 bedrooms for families. And there are only 3-4 of these. I do not consider these as affordable unless you are comparing this part of Brooklyn, Williamsburg to the ritzy parts of Manhattan. Otherwise, what is left at NSP 2 is really not affordable for the "average joe."

I do consider the value of a NSP 2 superior to condos in Manhattan. You get more for the money, including amenities,
Views, etc. However, most of the more "affordable" studios and one bedrooms are sold, including the 2O unit listed as available on the NSP 2
Site and the W unit listed in the streeteasy.com as under contract.

Hi all, I'm not in NYC yet but read about the plans for 3NS. Have the construction site(s) started on the south side of the building yet, and if not, have there been any updates on the timing? Also, can any current owners let me know how sound isolation is in the building, both internally (from the rest of the building) and externally (from the street)? Thanks for your help.
