Pictures are doctored using a special lens to make the unit appear bigger than it is. Way over priced for it's size and location. I've seen same size or larger with much bigger renovation for 70,000 less. It won't sell at this price.

It's just the old trick of setting the tripod so point of view is that of someone who's 4'4" tall.

E.g., look at any kitchen photo in almost any listing. The underside of the upper cabinets is always visible.
