there is no doorman at this building. visited last weekend. wondering why 2 units were suddenly put on the market, seems rather soon for owners to sell... the apartments are gorgeous but the hallways and stairs were filthy. nina

I think there were renters there and now Sponsor is listing. Maintenance seems a little high for no amenities.

i was not allowed to visit the common roofdeck. does it have a seating area? iis it in good condition? that is really the only amenity this building offers other than the elevator of course. would like to know that the roofdeck is a nice common area before seriously considering making a bid.
