Recommendations for First-Time Home Buyer

Hi all, I'm new to SE and am looking to buy my first home in late 2012. I would appreciate any recommendations for mortgage brokers and/or real estate brokers, particularly those who are familiar with non-citizens on work visas purchasing condos. Thanks in advance!

Yes I'm looking to finance 80% and would appreciate any leads on mortgage brokers at this point. Thanks!
