100% Commission RE Firms

If you are just starting your career you should be far less concerned with your split than the support you will get. Which, we the above mentioned firms is non-existent.

I would add Mont Sky and Rutenberg. I'm sure there are a couple more the two of us are missing. Keller Williams in somewhat similar too.

Main thing to beware though is the fine print at most "100%" split firms. Their business models are predicated off of fees, nickel and diming their agents. Tech fees, software fees, desk fees, start-up fees, insurance fees etc. It's endless! Even the big brokerages on normal splits have fees that they don't mention that run in the hundreds of dollars. Insanity.
