Slow FIOS

When I first got FIOS, it was really fast. The last few weeks it has been unreasonably slow - often I click on a link and it takes 10-20 seconds to load. Anybody else have that issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?

I hear it also is causing double posts, f#$%king fios.

maybe you may have malware, or a boatload of spyware on your PC? i.e. maybe it is you, and not Verizon.

Maybe it's Cablevision at work.
