Slow FIOS

Discussion about
When I first got FIOS, it was really fast. The last few weeks it has been unreasonably slow - often I click on a link and it takes 10-20 seconds to load. Anybody else have that issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?

jiggle the wires then slap the monitor on the side.

That's the stupidest advice I've ever heard. You have to sit on your davenport, raising your left leg up and pointed at the FIOS, while holding a salad fork in your left hand, with your arm extended to the left side as far as it'll go.
