My wife and I were among the first tenants to move into 175 Kent. Within 6 months of the building opening, the original developers sold the building to a publicly traded company that owns buildings throughout the country. Not saying it is right but this is one of the reasons people dont pay the last month of rent. At best people believe is they break even.

Hi there, are there any people with more recent experiences with living on 175 Kent and the management? What are the tenants like? Is it a good mix or a lot of college students living there?
