300 - Yes, well sort of. Was a bit of a fiasco, with Board playing lawyer and deciding what I should have in my contract, not realizing that what they were doing was tortious interference and were totally setting themselves up for a lawsuit if anything went wrong. Trust me I do not want it to be a co-op. What is upside: stupid board hassles everyone and makes it hard to sell your place and a pain in the ass?
