About what?
About building in general... is it run well? Any reason not to consider, i.e. poor management, assessments, unreasonable board, sponsor units, etc. Also, pricing... two units (2A/9A) 2A sold for 417K, 9A asks 549K!!
Huge diiference, Even though higher floor, view is no different. Any info appreciated as I am thinking about purchase. Would like a sponser unit, unrenovated.
Bid it to comps. If you've been reading this board, you might gather that briokers price apartments way too high
