Discussion about
[After being one of the few analysts who was correct in stating for the past two years that there is no housing bottom in sight, it’s time for me to tell you what I see ahead. Housing pundits are nearly unanimous in declaring that housing markets are showing signs of bottoming. I would if were true.

Wrt to Gainville, I just posted a link. You made your own assumptions. And remember what happens when you assume.

I will say I do think RE in the tri-state area has further to fall, including Manhattan.

The HELL u are str33teasier brooks2 :) In all seriousness, when the perma-bulls resort of name calling and nitpick minutias, what's the point ? It's end of discussion for me.

the entire idea of this forum is to share info, not to ridicule one particular opinion or sets of opinions. if you disagree, that's perfect but come up with a sound argument or simply STFU! thank you ... 8)

From the article

[Do I see anything on the horizon that could turn things around and correct the growing imbalance between potential homebuyers and sellers. No. Nothing whatsoever. Wishful thinking won’t do it.]

Keep wishing, MAYBE the tooth fairy will grant you your wish perma-bulls!
