Discussion about Spice Warehouse at 481 Washington Street in Hudson Square
Does anyone know how much the new development at 290 West will block the river views? It is breaking ground shortly.

seems to be about 15-20% of the view out to the left as you kook over the hudson. so it will impact it, but not materially. the vast majority of the view from the S line will remain intact from what i can tell.
