Does anyone know why maintenance is so high in this building? What does it include?
The board is likely very easy as this is a condop. As long as you aren't a criminal and have a credit score above 500, you'll have no issue
It's all there on ACRIS- There are 2-3 mortgages totaling over $14 million, which is $70,000 per unit and pretty high. This matches the comment that 67% of maintenance is tax-deductible (interest payments on mortgage).

Plus you have to qualify for a mortgage. Not everyone can so easily, like aboutready who was considered subprime and was denied by her preferred lender.
