Discussion about
I would appreciate any good recommendations for reputable and reasonably priced contractors who can do mold remediation work in a condo in West Long Branch, NJ. There are 5 walls in 2 rooms with previous water damage that need to be cleaned out and then re-built. Also, one wall and ceiling of a small master bath have to have new sheetrock and bath needs to be painted after the sheetrock is up. Anyone who has had positive experiences with service personnel in this work? My apologies for posting in the NYC section. I see the NJ section is much less active. Also, somehow my posting was placed in northern NJ instead of central NJ. I am hoping some NY people will have NJ contacts. I am especially hoping for a response from Primer... Thanks in advance for any good recommendations.

They work in both states. Have a quote for them to do some work on a house upstate but haven't hired them yet. Quote was cheaper than I was expecting.

bhh,

Thanks for the fast response. It looks like a great recommendation for the mold clean up. Do you know if they actually do the rebuilding
of walls and sheetrock after the mold clean up? I will also call them later this morning to find out from the co. directly.

This is really much appreciated info. :)

I'm not sure. I have a contractor who is doing other work that will be rebuilding anyway as we remodel so I didn't ask. They might if you want and it is simple but I would probably be inclined to lean towards a regular contractor who would probably be cheaper as well.
