STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING!
Lived here for a year and it is NOT worth the premium they are charging and here's why:
Something is always under construction at the building which shows how cheaply this building went up originally.
For being an all glass, windowed building you would think they would clean the windows more than once or twice per year.
We knew two other couples in the building who had water damage issues due to the cheap construction. Our one friend had to move out of her unit it was so bad.
The owner and management company are FAR from responsive and have no clue what customer service means.
They moved the valet to the basement so residents have to make an extra trip on a different elevator now to get packages and dry cleaning. Inconvenient!
There are many other buildings in the neighborhood of similar quality that are less expensive and not a despair to live in. Save yourself many headaches and don't move in here.

jim, for the OP's 1st post, it is very easy to overlook the "category" selection when u create a post

I've had that option fail on me a minimum 6 times having a new thread created with no attachment to the building.
With subsequently attaching a link within my thread(s) after the fact,and obviously not the same affect.
