I hear there are severe leaks in this building and this appartment in particular. Is that why it's been taken out of market? Weird given that the price increased!

I was wondering about that as well. Big price increase and then off the market suddenly! Did not know about the leaks, do you have any further info about that? Will keep you updated via this thread if I learn more...

Just been hearing rumblings about leaks the last time this was in market many months ago. Maybe with all the rains and storms the issue got worse. Can't think of another reason why this would be in market, price increased and then abruptly pulled out. Let's see when and if it comes back and if the issues get resolved.
