Hi Ali - I am actually set until April 1 of 2013. I am loving my current apartment, but in the fall will be making decision whether I want to rent for another year, buy small place, or say good-bye to NY real estate for the foreseeable future. I love New York, but my better half and I are getting tired of being in different cities and are getting closer to making commitment to same and single city, and it is looking like that city won't be New York. I am in San Francisco until east coast heat is gone (likely mid-September), but will reach out when I am back in New York. Btw - I am a huge fan and have "Diary of a Real Estate Rookie" on my to-read list. Any chance it will be available on Kindle or ibooks anytime soon?
