Wow. My R8's insurance is $1k more?

But who kares? I'm up $470k in 4 months on a $810k sprint trade. Hate to break it to you real estate dealtool, but if you listen to Suze orman and cut living expenses to zero by reusing that old condom., is that really gonna make you rich?

Let's pretend you make $100k as a key Sherpa in nyc.
40% in taxes. $50k to live. $10k saved a year. Now let's squeeze that expenses lower by portioning out toothpaste and using that coffee grind twice, $20k saved!!!!! But your whore of a mortgage keeps keeps shoving that money up that stinky hole.

So save to pay that pig of a mortgage! Jet lag in the meds. Or is it just the 3rd beer in an hour?
