Discussion about 338 Moffat Street in Bushwick
http://a810-bisweb.nyc.gov/bisweb/ComplaintsByAddressServlet?requestid=1&allbin=3080180 im interested but im concerned about the info im seeing on this property being an illegal conversion. theres already complaints logged with the city. it would suck to sign a lease and have the city shut it all down because of its illegal conversion to lofts. what are the landlords plans with the zoning??

the landlord is ignoring these complaints. how are you signing a lease for residential when it's commercial?

stay away.
