Hello. Residents in my condo building in Brooklyn just took over control of the board. We're looking to interview prospective management companies in order to replace the sponsor's management company that is currently in place. Currently, we have setup a meeting with Leiter Realty Group based on one recommendation, but we would like to have more options. Has anyone ever used Leiter? If so, any problems? And also, can you recommend (based on your experience) a great management company that is transparent, is up to date with digital communication and is preferably based in Brooklyn?
My Condo in DUMBO uses TKR management. We had problems with other management companies but TKR seems to be the most competent and they fit your criteria.
we might be in the market as well. any manhattan coop recomendations ?
i can say to stay far away from Cooper Square. i haven't seen so many thieves in one place except for jails.
we use leiter and find them to be OK. they seem to be spread a bit thin these days, less responsive than in the past. but they are reasonably priced.
ab_11218, huntersburg wants to know all about your jail stay.
ditto on Cooper Square - more thieves than the Halls of Congress
Thanks so much guys. Keep em coming, as we are interviewing very soon and would like to have as many good prospects as possible!
I currently have a listing in a New Bedford-managed building and have found them to be much more responsive than most.

My condo has Penmark and I have been very pleased with them. Very responsive and reasonable to deal with.
