Feature: Restrict "Market Data" to shorter period

When I look at the "Market Data" for a building and see the average ppsf for sales and rentals it rarely reflects current reality. The main reason being that it seems to include all sales in streeteasy history going back sometimes 5 years or more. Wouldn't it make sense to by default only have this show the most recent few months of sales? Maybe even three or four checkboxes to show "All Time", "1 year", "Year to Date", "1 month" - or something along those lines? Seems an obvious improvement - guess I am posting here to see if the community agrees and then I am happy to send on to the powers that be!
