The Park Imperial

Now is a fantastic time to purchase an apartment in The Park Imperial. The building's location and staff are second to none, and the opportunities for equity growth are unprecedented as newer untested projects hit the market for as much as $5,000-$7,000 per square foot, and neighbors Time Warner and 15CPW continue to trade well above $5,000 per square foot. This building is a solid BUY.

Really? Hey Rick, which one did you buy? I have always been against broker bashing on this site, but geez, this OP is just begging for it.

The Extell building can be expected to be very tall and slender in order to optimize the value of the air rights which limit the volume of the building. The new construction is diagonally off set towards the east from the PI ... not directly in front of the building. Views to the Hudson and midtown are gorgeous as well.

If you are looking for the opportunity to own mid-town modern real estate with terrific views and the highest quality of services, the PSF at the PI is an extraordinary investment opportunity with a price point well below the $8K / SF + that current new build in the neighborhood is priced.
