New development by L&M partners on 111th st I am considering buying. It is HDC, income restricted. Any opinions on location, advantages /disadvantages, re-sell potential? Price is below market so idea if development was a market one (as it was originally planned-nice finishes) what would it go for? Trying to understand desirability...
