I am looking to purchase a jr 1. Preferably p or j line. We can both save some money if we cut out the broker intro ;-)

oops. just realized that I got the lines wrong. Basically interested in a jr 1 that isn't facing the Hearst building. Totally open to unrenovated unit. Thanks.

By junior 1 you do mean studio? what price range?
