it's cute, but beyond tiny. owners did magic with the arrangement, as it doesn't look as tiny on the pics. but still, would you pay $1/2M for what should be a studio sized 2BR?

less than 600 sq ft 2 br..... only in NY. in Europe it would be considered find. US, no way.

less than 600? it's not even 500! come on, even in Europe it should be a 1BR at the most
