Discussion about
This unit needs a gut reno of 150k. It was originally listed at 690k. Anyone have any idea why 2 brokers in 3months later it is listed at 810k?

10D, also in estate condition, went for 721k in May, 2012....3D would have to go lower, one would think...what am I missing here?

Didn't we already have this conversation with you about 2 weeks ago?

Go to the open house and ask if you want. She's a golden lady that just wants a fair price for the apartment and isn't all that concerned about the money.

Just think, if you move into the building you can eat plenty of Andre's Strudel, it's right in the building. Delicious!!

15d also went in the 700s with a much better view. This booker is out if her mind with this offer.

Why does the listing agent keep changing in this unit?
