rental property LLC. only business loans avail?

Are 30 year fixed loans for rentals only for properties under your own name? Areonly business short term loans available to new LLC's? If you want to LLC (before or after closing) are the those types of loans still available or do u need to personally co-sign the LLC loan (thus defeating the LLC protection as you've added yourself as a liable party?)
