Discussion about 48 9th Avenue #21A
This apartment has leaky ceilings in the main room and bathroom. The landlord refuses to fix them. The mold is pervasive and dangerous. In addition, the landlord constantly withholds heat in the winter and is, in every respect, horrible. Stay far away!

But you get to tell your friends you live in the west village, so its totally worth it right?
