What do you think the story is? Do you think they purchased it a year ago as an investment, completely renovated and are now re-selling it? I imagine some photos will appear soon, but I feel like the listing should give potential buyers some information that would explain why the unit is listing so much higher than last year's purchase price.
No it was renovated last year
It was renovated when they bought it.
But a whole foods did just open up down the block maybe that's why
This place feels....dirty
New Whole Foods, new grade school and new High High School completed, and new 60 story building to begin soon with lots more retail. That must be it!
