Discussion about The Yard at 2-26 50th Avenue in Hunters Point
Just curious about what this building is like. How are the common charges? Do the units tend to be owner occupied? Have the amenities lived up to expectations? Thanks, Mike

It's a good place to live. The building was initially designed for rental, but went condo in 2011. Common is kept low, basically as bare bones type of building. Units that are owned are mixed occupied/investments. Amenities can be a mixed basket depending on what you expect/actually receive.
The area is changing quickly. Make sure you read up on the HPS development and rental buildings are going up adjacent to the building that may impact line of sights and quality of life (i.e. noises from construction)
