Discussion about 118 East 60th Street in Lenox Hill
Are thee term limits for Board members? Is there an exterminator hired by the bldg and how often does exterminator go to the bldg?

To the first question: Yes, per the bylaws.

To the second question: As often as the building calls them. You should call the building manager, Daniel Lynch (212 421 6376) and ask him, since he's more likely to know than SE readers.

Any selling broker in the building should be able to get you a copy of the bylaws.
