Discussion about 411 Manhattan Avenue in South Harlem
Does anyone know when the renovations will begin (and end)? And what about the commercial space?

Colette., I am a buyer here and my apartment has already been renovated. A number of units in the three buildings will remain as rentals for the time being. I will try and find out about the commercial spaces but the last time I was at the buildings they had not been leased.
