Church of Redeemer - huge article about it in NYMag a while ago about how it is the Manhattan church for yuppies.

How ironic. After all the decades that I witnessed Churches being demolished in the city. Someone builds a new one? Never saw that one coming. I happened by 211 West 70th the day the wrecking ball went right through the huge circular stained glass window. That must have been 30 years ago and I still remember how creepy that felt.
