Discussion about Lincoln Guild at 303 West 66th Street in Lincoln Square
Why are there so many apartments for sale here? Can someone tell me how much the flip tax is? What is the deal with subletting? Thansk

It has more than 400 apartments. Turnover from 2004 to now has ranged from ~15 to ~25 per year. Fewer when things are slow, more when they're not.

The maintenance charge has been increasing and subletting is only one year lifetime. :(

Does anybody know if there's any health issue with the broadcast antennas from ABC studio next door? I see that there are many huge satellite dishes on rooftop of ABC studio. Thx!

See the great big Google map SE puts on the building page? That shows the projects running from 61st to 64th.
