building at 50 Orchard Street

Discussion about 50 Orchard Street in Lower East Side
Does anyone know ANYTHING about this building? Does it have a certificate of occupancy? I saw the building in Jan, and it was close to completion, but I looked at it on Sunday and its in the same state it was in when I saw it in Jan. Have they stopped work on it?

It was completed in 2008, and it is 72% sold.
