The Grayson

The management company, Silverstone, is a horrible company!! They don't take care of the tenant. They are doing renovations and the building is full of dust and I have seen a few rats. If you have a problem you cannot talk to anybody, I have called 20 times in a day to their offices and nobody answers the phone! They are disorganized and chaotic. They changed our windows and destroyed our wall and broke down our shades and the worse is that nobody is taking responsibilities. It seems they don't respect anybody! I do not recommend to rent an apt here. If you do, just pray you don't have any maintenance problem because this is hell!
